Participation in Dos Pinos
A unique feature, one of the strengths of any housing cooperative, is the participation of its residents. Working together, we help keep costs down and enhance our sense of community. It is essential that all members participate, whether through joining in the workdays, organizing social activities, or serving as a board or work area member. To encourage and advocate for comfort and safety of interiors, including maintenance and equitable updates of interiors. To facilitate and support members in repainting or re-flooring their units. |
